Sisters TRIP!!!

So, the boys in my family seem to get together once a year or so for a boys trip (typically around a BYU football game).  This year the girls decided we needed a break, not just wanted one, NEEDED.  :)  We were able to use Jeff's Aunt and Uncles cabin up in Heber Utah.  We went shopping in Park City, went to dinner, watched a movie, talked, ate, talked some more.  It was wonderful.  WONDERFUL.  Really I have been super blessed when it comes to in-laws (on BOTH sides).  They are all so great and I really truly love them like my own flesh and blood.  It was so nice to be able to get to know them all just a little better.  I can't wait to do it again!!!

On the shuttle headed to the airport.
Baby Tanner and baby Dax come with us and they were PERFECT seriously I don't think I heard a peep all weekend!

Sisters, sisters... (sorry I didn't remember to flip it)

My beautiful sister and sister in law.

Waiting to eat dinner.

My cute Mom and sweet baby Dax.

Our shopping damage.

Enjoying.  :)

Halloween

There wasn't anything to exciting about Halloween this year mostly because we were focused on BASEBALL!  (More on that later)  We went to our ward trick-or-treat and then around our neighborhood.  Of course the girls loved it.  Whitney was especially cute because she got it this year.  She was RUNNING from house to house (for the first block anyway).  We only snapped one picture and here it is:

Nicole - butterfly, Morgan - Rapunzel, Whitney - Sleeping Beauty and yes I still had stuff not unpacked....I have a fear of commitment when it comes to hanging pictures.

Thanksgiving

Our Thanksgiving was....quite eventful.  I was super excited/stressed we had invited Jeff's family to come.  We ended up with his parents, his older sister and her family, and his brother and his family.  So total there were 16 people including us, it started off really well for the first 12 hours or so and then it was a puke fest.  Seriously, 14 out of 16 of us got sick.  It was not pleasant, it is not something I ever want to experience again.

I had never made a Thanksgiving dinner before I was so excited I had planned and prepared and was READY, it was even going to be on nice plates with chargers, cloth napkins, etc. the whole nine yards.  I was the one who ended up sick on Thanksgiving day.  So that didn't happen but thank goodness I have great in-laws who prepared the entire dinner...that we invited them too.  Oh well.

After that everyone took their own turn being sick with only Paul, our brother-in-law, and Whitney not getting sick.

Needless to say I had OODLES of food leftover and zero pictures to show.  I should have grabbed a few with everyone sick on the couches but the thought didn't occur to me.  SO, I don't think that anyone will want to come to our house anytime soon.  Next time guys I promise it will be better!
