First attempt at photoshop

Nice huh? :) My goal is to learn how to use photo shop so if any of you know anything about it any tips, advice, web-sites, you can give me would be much appreciated!

I love this picture and when I was messing around with photo shop I just knew I had to try to do something with this picture! I don't know if I am really tired or if I did something wrong but is it kind of pink around our lips?

I'm it!

Well Kristi Jo tagged me and it looked like fun so here goes:

Ten years ago: I was 13 1/2 :) I was in the 8th grade (Jeff was a senior!) and pretty much the most homely kid (my blog somehow will not post the word g i r l so if the sentence doesn't make a lot of sense put the word in it and maybe it will) you have ever seen. Acne, braces, crazy curly hair, chubby etc. I was in band, student council, basketball, and gymnastics. I also got my first gift for valentines day...a corn plant. OK OK OK, it wasn't really a corn plant but it sure looked like one and I also got a precious moments vase...kind of random.

Five things on my to-do list today: Well, it is night time so not a whole lot...watch a re-run of the office while recording American Idol! haha TOMORROW I have:
1. Take Morgan to the park
2. Go to the library
3. Go to Costco
4. Go to Wal-mart
5. Call and check on my headbands

Five snacks I enjoy:
Um, this is pretty hard because I pretty much like everything but hamburgers or meat on bread. :) Weird I know.
1. Lipton onion soup mix dip with potato chips
2. Marshmallows
3. Cheese
4. Mint Oreos
5. Snap peas

What would I do if I were suddenly a billionaire:
Pay off everything we owe. Buy a nice home (nothing to flashy but somewhere where we could raise a family for the next ten or fifteen years), take Jeff and my family on a cruise of the Mediterranean. um, get a good haircut :) Pretty much keep doing what I am doing except maybe a vacation every month. Spend the summers in Africa doing humanitarian aid work. Jeff says I should buy him a sports team, preferably the Cardinals....maybe but for sure I would let him quit his job and let him look for his perfect job somewhere in sports. hmmmm, maybe take some cooking classes. Pay off our parents houses and put more money in their retirement funds.

Jobs I have had:
Student aid, Western Watts, BYU-Idaho dorm cleaner (funnest job ever!), BYU-Idaho IT student secretary, BYU Utilities Secretary, Wife , Mom

Three of my bad habits:
1. I leave my wet towel on the bed
2. Complaining
3. Spot cleaning and saying I am going to get to it later...a lot later.

Five things most people don't know about me:
1. When I was born my legs weren't connected to my hips, I had to wear a brace for I think six months.
2. I can fit my fist in my mouth but I haven't done it since the day I got married.
3. I being the center of attention.
4. I wish I was the next Martha Stewart...I am domestically challenged.
5. I am terrified when we drive around cliffs that we are going to fall off.

I tag: Natalee, Shayla, Nicole, Wylie, Megan and whoever else would like to reminisce

Denver Aquarium

Today some gals from my ward invited me to go with them to the Denver Aquarium. It was SO fun, I think that we had a better time than the kids. Although, Morgan loved it, she kept saying 'hi' to all the fish. We went at the perfect time to. They fed the tigers, parrot, and sharks while we were there! (I am not really sure what the tigers and parrot were doing at the aquarium but it was fun to see them just the same!) Both Morgan and I have been sick and it was nice to get out and DO something rather just the normal errands. What an exciting day! :)

More Morgan, lucky you!

Okay, you are all going to be sorry you asked for pictures, and that I finally figured out how! I put a lot more pictures of Morgan on here! I just had to get all the pictures that we have on the computer up on to my blog. We still have a lot more saved in the camera so be ready!

Morgans Birthday, she decided to eat her hat.

She loved opening presents!

She wasn't quite sure what was going on here.

She didn't know she was supposed to eat the cake so I had to put her hand in it at first....

Then she caught on! :) haha Like mother like daughter

That is what I thought too when I realized I had to clean it all up!

STOP, no more!!!! :) She is going to love these when she grows up!

Morgans hair is like wire, it molds almost any way you put it! (I love the look on her face)

Morgan and her friend Jack and the hats we got for them in Alaska.

This was after she ripped her pig tails out

I love this face! Apparently I did something similar when I was a kid.

Ra ra ra ra ra, GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Cougars!

Cinderella, Cinderella....

My little Morgie :)

Ok, so I didn't want to write a whole lot today, but I thought I would post pictures for those of you who have asked. :) I finally asked Jeff to show me how so now you are going to regret it! Here are some random pictures of Morgan. I will post more, lucky you! These are from when she was younger but they are some of my favorites! Enjoy!!!

She used to LOVE to suck on her toes!

This is one of Jeff's favorite pictures, it was taken at my friend Kristi's wedding

We found this outfit and HAD to have it! haha, It was only $6 so we used it for her easter outfit!

Daddy's little . :)

Jeff s this outfit, but I loved the cutouts on the collar, and the hat!!!

Okay, so these robes are kind of a waste of money, BUT they are so dang cute we couldn't help it!

Haha, what else can I say?!

Grandma and Grandpa Sucher brought this little dress back from China and I LOVE it! I wish I had it in every size up to age 12! :)

Ah love...

Well, to make a long story short. Jeff and I dated from May to August. We had a great time but one night we started having a DTR (for those of you not familiar with Mormon slang, it means determine the relationship) well curfew was almost there so we decided to meet the following day at his apartment after work and classes.

Well after a long day of waiting to talk I went to Jeff's apartment. As I walked into the living room Jeff was pacing nervously. :) Well, this is the part that we never agree on as we tell this story :) BUT, my purpose in talking to him was to tell him I still really like him, but I am not ready for marriage....yet. HIS take on the story was that he thought that because I was not ready to "commit" that I wasn't ready to let go of my missionary. (yeah I know, I had a missionary. :) Anyway, so I left the apartment bawling as his roommate was coming in and invited me over to dinner. He is sweet but a little oblivious. So I drove around Rexburg and the surrounding areas for a couple of hours and ended up at his little sisters apartment! Haha, I was so pathetic, I only hung out with Jeff that summer and his friends since all of mine were gone for the summer. SO, I went and talked to her and she tried to console me. :)

So, the rest of that summer I just threw myself into school, work, and student counsel. Jeff, he just shut himself in his apartment and frustrated his roommates. :) haha, ok it is only funny now because we are happily married, but every time I saw one of his roommates all they could do was complain about him. Well, slowly we started seeing each other, then we would go to lunch or shopping. ANYWAY, I am sure this is already more than you wanted to know but, we finally got back together. I believe it was conference weekend of 2003 (October).

That Halloween I was in charge of the campus Halloween carnival. (When I say I was in charge, I had an excellent committee that did pretty much everything! Thanks guys! ) Anyway, so Jeff and I dressed up as giant chickens (I will have to find that picture and scan it in) but, but best friend Kristi Jo was there for the weekend from BYU. So while I was off checking on things they had a nice bonding moment.

The next day Jeff and I had a study date in the library. While on a study break I asked him what he and Kristi had talked about. He said Kristi just wanted to know what his plans were for me. :) Thanks KJ for looking out for me. :) So I asked him what his plans were, and he started off with 'hypothetically speaking.' Which then became our favorite phrase. 'Hypothetically speaking' if things continue to go well, maybe we will be engaged by December. OR something along those lines. Well, no more studying got done that day. The next weekend we were out ring shopping. This is were Jeff claims that I first said I Love You. Which maybe in those words might be correct. BUT I claim the first time we both said it we were at the stop light by the court house in Rexburg headed toward Wal-mart and Jeff says, "I think my feelings for you are...um....very strong..." haha and I just said that mine were too. And that was it. haha

Ok, I have rambled long enough. BUT I do want to just make some side notes about Morgan :)
* I made King crab and Jeff for Valentines dinner and Morgan just reached over and grabbed and leg for herself and would NOT give it up! haha The poor guy that marries her better make good money to keep up that kind of palate!
* She is saying more and more words now. She will show me what she wants when she can't say it.
* She can point to her eyes, ears, nose, mouth, fingers, and toes.
* She is definately her daddy's child. She already knows how to say football and baseball.
